Several times over the last few days I found myself needing to estimate how much the balance was on a mortgage.
Google search http://www.google.com/ is such a cool tool -- I stumbled upon this mortgage calculator website with no-frills and few advertisements. It's just easy to use and exactly what I needed. Don't you love it when that happens?
