With the new year, I am focusing on an even better presence on the web. I have revamped my website with Bob Parks Realty to offer an incredible array of tools for looking for property, investing in property, staying informed about the community and obtaining accurate fast information on many subjects such as gardening, your property values, lifestyles, and owning real estate in Middle Tennessee.

The My Homefinder feature allows YOU to set up a password protected search of properties from the MLS that fit exactly the features you select. You have the option of emailing them to me or just you, and the information you receive is LIVE from the MLS. As new properties hit the market, you'll get an email notifying you about them. If you find a house you want to see, you can send me a direct message I'll receive on my phone....So cool!
You can also search for properties by the Atlas feature(maps exactly the streets you want to include), that are new on the market, luxury homes, or just properties that I am listing.
You will find a feature that allows you to search for open houses. Just plug in the neighborhood you are interested in and you'll get a list, a map and directions.
The web site features community links such as consumer resources like Kelly Blue Book and the Better Business Bureau, tips on safe Internet practices, relocation suggestions and a special link just for kids with TONS of interactive information and fun...you can spend a whole day just checking it all out.
